Unbeatable Location ​ We recently stayed at Mantra Trilogy Cairns and were absolutely delighted with our experience. Frankly, we had been slightly concerned after reading a few negative reviews, but our stay was far and away better than we anticipated. We will 100% be booking here again. ​The standout feature of this location is, without a doubt, the unbeatable location. Situated right on the Esplanade, you are within easy walking distance of virtually everywhere in Cairns City. Better still, the hotel offers the best free parking right next to all the great restaurants, making dining out incredibly convenient. ​The rooms were clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and well-maintained base for exploring the area. The service we received was great i think it was luke who checked us in he was GREAT.—other staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. ​It's important to set expectations: this is not a five-star hotel, so if luxury high-end accommodation is what you're after, this isn't the place. However, for the price tag, the value you receive is absolutely fantastic. ​The few areas that could use attention are minor but noticeable. The bathrooms are a little tired and could benefit from a fresh lick of paint as its falling off the roof, and the shower glass in our room was certainly due for replacement. The gym is basic and small; while functional, it would be greatly improved by adding some free weights. ​ Overall, Mantra Trilogy offers excellent, clean accommodation in a perfect location with great service, all at a brilliant price point. Highly recommended for travelers focused on location and value.

7 weeks stay at mantra Trilogy. all the staff were wonderfully friendly and polite. Very helpful. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Trilogy is right on the esplanade and close to restaurants , bottle shop and supermarket.

Beautiful experience, really relaxing. The view of the Esplanade was absolutely stunning. Everything felt lovely from the moment I booked with Ingrid at reception, she was so kind and helped me with all my questions. I’m truly very grateful to her!

Great location, central located : near the night market , harbour and railway station, restaurants etc. Hotel has a nice pool, clean and spacious room with balcony. Staff are super friendly and solve our problems immediately upon arrival. …

A beautifully decorated and well stocked 1 bdrm, self catering apartment with handy laundry and a breakfast bar on the balcony. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. For us the location was important and this accommodation delivered. Great location, close to city attractions, restaurants, watering holes and supermarkets. It also has a gym, pool and parking. We had a great stay here.

Stayed here recently for work, was a one bedroom oceanview appartment and as you can see it was absolutely amazing! Great location, great views, the unit was very clean, well maintained and very quiet. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful, the pool area was fantastic and easily accessible. Stayed in tower 2 with had a seperate access door to the Esplanade, which made it easy to pop in and out without walking through the reception area every time. Will definitely be staying here again while on Cairns.

Stayed one night prior to getting up to the tablelands. Very easy to check in - the front office staff were very helpful. Room was not ready for early check in but they allowed me to part the car in the car park. The one bedroom unit was spotless. Great ocean views! Highly recommed. Only drawback was they allowed me a late check-out but then for some reason they decided to 'check' on me just prior to check out by coming to the room! Found it highly unusual but they did apologise. I am sure it won't happen again and I would look forward to booking my stays with Mantra Trilogy in Cairns.

Perfect location, spacious rooms, warm friendly team members who are well trained, happy, knowledgeable & care about their guests. Large pools, open balconies and large kitchen/living areas. Car park, was surprised the ease of getting a park on a long weekend.

Exceptional hospitality! Ingrid, Pim and especially Citra made us feel genuinely welcome. Citra went above and beyond with local advice, tour bookings and thoughtful touches. We felt truly cared for. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back.

Great location, nice pool , wonderful staff. Only problem is the car parking, usually not enough spot spots for parking and sometimes you have to park on the road. The Wi-Fi is slow, even when logged in as an Accor member. Basically, they need to upgrade the Wi-Fi speed, it is well overdue.
